This is the image inked and up and ready to colour as you can see I totally changed the background as I felt the old one was a little boring, I do this a lot which is why I usually draw in digital

This is a pic I did a while ago I'm quite a big fan of the Dr particularly the cybermen so this was quite a joy to work on

I scan the image back at about 600 dpi and then start coloring in photoshop. I like texture in my work so I always try to make sure that it is visible in the final image

I print it back out on either bristol board or or water color paper and then go back into it using ink or acrylics.

This is the first part of how I produce my work using a wacom tablet and painter x I find it a bit quicker than conventional pen and ink and a bit more forgiving:)
